1. What is your MOQ? 

Normally our MOQ is 1000 pieces. However, we do accept trial orders for lower quantities.  

2. Can I get samples? 
Of course you can, when the order reaches a certain quantity, the sample fee will be refunded in the next order.  

3. What is the lead time for samples?
Existing samples take 1-3 days. If you want your own design, it will take 3-7 days depending on your design, if you need new printing, etc. 

4. How long is the production lead time?
Products that do not require customization are usually in stock and can be shipped at any time for less than 100 pieces. For customized products, it takes 10-15 working days according to the quantity ordered.  

5. How much is the shipping cost?
In order to save your cost and let you receive the goods earlier, we suggest to use express shipping for small quantity products and ocean shipping for large quantity products. 

6. If I want to design by myself, what format do I need? 
You can provide files in JPG, AI, CDR or PDF format. We will draw the mold or print the screen artwork for you.
