Instructions For Use
1. Carefully remove the sheath and core rod from the sterile packaging. Insert the core rod into the casing sheath following the provided icon guide.
2. During puncture, securely hold the core rod seat in your palm. Place two fingers on the casing handle and apply firm pressure to engage the lock switch, then proceed with the puncture. Ensure the switch is set to ON.
3. Throughout the puncture process, if the indicator returns to OFF, it signifies the casing has successfully penetrated the abdominal cavity.
4. After removing the core rod, the 10mm sleeve is adaptable for devices ranging from 8 to 11mm, while the 5mm sleeve accommodates 3 to 6mm devices.
5. For standard procedures, utilize the Veress needle to establish pneumoperitoneum. The converter allows 5mm devices to be used in the 10mm casing, and facilitates retrieval of items such as blood or gauze. The specimen bag is designed for efficient specimen collection.
