Instructions For Use
1. Carefully remove the sheath and core rod from the sterile packaging. Then, align and insert the core rod into the casing sheath as indicated by the icon for seamless assembly.
2. During puncture, place the core rod seat in your palm, positioning two fingers on the casing handle. With a firm grip and the lock switch set to the ON position, puncture is easily achieved.
3. As you proceed with the puncture, if the indication reverts to OFF, it signifies successful penetration of the abdominal cavity.
4. Once the core rod is removed, the 10mm sleeve accommodates devices ranging from 8 to 11mm, while the 5mm sleeve suits 3 to 6mm devices, offering versatile usage options.
5. In standard scenarios, a veress needle may first establish pneumoperitoneum. A converter is available for using 5mm devices within a 10mm casing. Additionally, it can facilitate the removal of blood, gauze, or other materials from the abdominal cavity. A specimen bag is provided for convenient specimen collection and handling.
