Instructions For Use: Follow these detailed steps for optimal performance and safety during your procedures.
1. Begin by removing the sheath and core rod from the sterile packaging. Carefully insert the core rod into the casing sheath following the guiding icon to ensure correct assembly.
2. For puncture, position the core rod seat in your palm, place two fingers on the casing handle, and apply a firm grip. Engage the top lock switch to initiate the puncture, ensuring the sign indicates the ON position.
3. During the puncture process, if the sign reverts to OFF, it signals the casing has successfully penetrated the abdominal cavity.
4. Carefully remove the core rod. The versatile 10mm sleeve accommodates devices ranging from 8 to 11mm, while the 5mm sleeve fits devices from 3 to 6mm.
5. For standard procedures, begin with the Veress needle to create pneumoperitoneum. The provided converter allows for the use of 5mm devices within the 10mm casing, also facilitating the removal of blood, gauze, or other materials from the abdominal cavity. Utilize the specimen bag for secure specimen collection.
