Instructions For Use
1. Carefully remove the sheath and core rod from its sterile packaging. Insert the core rod into the casing sheath as guided by the icon for precise setup.
2. During puncture, place the core rod seat in your palm, position two fingers on the casing handle, apply a firm grip, and activate the top lock switch to puncture. Ensure the sign is positioned in the ON area.
3. As the puncture proceeds, if the sign reverts to OFF, it indicates successful penetration of the abdominal cavity has occurred.
4. Upon removing the core rod, the 10mm sleeve accommodates devices ranging from 8 to 11mm, while the 5mm sleeve fits 3 to 6mm devices.
5. For standard procedures, initially use the veress needle to establish pneumoperitoneum. A converter is available for adapting 5mm devices within the 10mm casing. Additionally, it facilitates abdominal cavity retrieval of blood, gauze, etc., and includes a specimen bag for secure specimen containment.
