Instructions For Use
1. Carefully remove the sheath and core rod from the sterile packaging. Following the clear icon guide, insert the core rod into the casing sheath to prepare for use.
2. For the puncture, place the core rod seat comfortably in your palm, with two fingers gripping the handle. Applying gentle pressure, engage the locking switch to enter puncture mode, with the indicator moving to the ON position.
3. During the puncture process, if the indicator reverts to OFF, it signifies successful penetration of the abdominal cavity, confirming the correct placement.
4. Withdraw the core rod. The versatile 10mm sleeve accommodates devices ranging from 8 to 11mm, while the 5mm sleeve suits devices from 3 to 6mm, offering flexibility across various surgical tools.
5. For standard procedures, initiate with the veress needle to establish pneumoperitoneum. Utilize the converter for 5mm devices within the 10mm casing; it doubles as a tool to retrieve materials like gauze or blood. The specimen bag is perfect for securely packaging collected specimens.
