Instructions For Use
1. Carefully remove the sheath and core rod from the sterile packaging. Align the core rod into the casing sheath following the directional icon for accurate assembly.
2. To initiate puncture, place the core rod seat in your palm while two fingers hold the casing handle. Apply firm pressure to engage the top lock switch, switching to ON to enable puncture.
3. During the puncture, if the indicator moves back to OFF, this signifies successful penetration of the abdominal cavity, confirming correct placement.
4. Remove the core rod once penetration is complete. The versatile 10mm sleeve accommodates devices ranging from 8 to 11mm, while the 5mm sleeve suits devices from 3 to 6mm.
5. For standard procedures, initially utilize the veress needle to create pneumoperitoneum. A converter is available for using 5mm devices within the 10mm casing. It doubles as a tool to retrieve blood, gauze from the abdominal cavity. The specimen bag efficiently contains surgical specimens.
