Instructions For Use
1. Carefully remove the sheath and core rod from the aseptic packaging. Following the guidance of the icon, gently insert the core rod into the casing sheath for secure assembly.
2. For puncture, position the core rod seat in your palm, placing two fingers on the casing handle. Apply a firm grip and engage the lock switch, enabling precise puncture. Ensure the indicator is in the ON position before proceeding.
3. During the puncture process, if the sign returns to OFF, this confirms that the casing has successfully penetrated the abdominal cavity, indicating readiness for the next step.
4. Withdraw the core rod to utilize the 10mm sleeve, adaptable for devices ranging from 8 to 11mm. The 5mm sleeve suits devices from 3 to 6mm, offering versatile application.
5. In standard procedures, initiate with a veress needle to establish pneumoperitoneum. A converter is included for seamless use of 5mm devices within the 10mm casing. Additionally, utilize it to retrieve materials from the abdominal cavity, such as blood or gauze. The specimen bag is ideal for containing and managing specimen samples effectively.
