Instructions For Use
1. Begin by carefully removing the sheath and core rod from the sterile packaging. Follow the icon guide to insert the core rod into the casing sheath with precision.
2. For puncturing, place the core rod seat firmly in your palm. Position two fingers on the handle of the casing, apply gentle pressure to engage the top lock switch, and proceed with puncturing. Ensure the sign is aligned with the ON area to confirm readiness.
3. During puncture, if the sign transitions back to OFF, it indicates that the casing has successfully penetrated the abdominal cavity.
4. Extract the core rod. Utilize the 10mm sleeve for devices ranging from 8 to 11mm, and the 5mm sleeve for those between 3 to 6mm, ensuring versatile compatibility.
5. For standard procedures, initially use a Veress needle to create a pneumoperitoneum. A converter is included to facilitate the use of 5mm devices within a 10mm casing. Additionally, it allows for the efficient retrieval of blood, gauze, etc., from the abdominal cavity. The specimen bag is designed for secure and tidy specimen collection.
