Instructions For Use
1. Carefully remove the sheath and core rod from its sterile packaging. Follow the illustrated guide to insert the core rod seamlessly into the casing sheath.
2. Achieve precise puncture by placing the core rod seat into your palm. Position two fingers on the casing handle, apply a modest grip, and toggle the lock switch to 'ON' for effective puncturing.
3. During the puncture, if the indicator reverts to 'OFF,' it signals that the casing has successfully penetrated the abdominal cavity.
4. Post-puncture, remove the core rod. The versatile 10mm sleeve accommodates devices ranging from 8 to 11mm, while the 5mm sleeve is suitable for devices between 3 to 6mm.
5. For standard procedures, initial use of the Veress needle is recommended to create pneumoperitoneum. An innovative converter allows the deployment of 5mm instruments within the 10mm casing, and facilitates specimen collection with ease, using a specimen bag for organized specimen handling.
