Instructions For Use
1. Carefully remove the sheath and core rod from the aseptic packaging. Insert the core rod into the casing sheath precisely as guided by the icon for optimal assembly.
2. For puncture, securely position the core rod seat in your palm. Place two fingers on the handle casing, apply a firm grip, and engage the top lock switch to puncture. Ensure the sign is in the ON area for proper operation.
3. During the puncture process, should the signs revert to OFF, it indicates successful penetration into the abdominal cavity, ensuring proper placement.
4. Extract the core rod; the versatile 10mm sleeve accommodates devices ranging from 8 to 11mm, while the 5mm sleeve is suitable for devices from 3 to 6mm.
5. For standard procedures, the initial use of a veress needle is advisable to create pneumoperitoneum. The provided converter allows for seamless integration of 5mm devices within the 10mm casing. It also facilitates efficient retrieval of items such as blood, gauze, or specimens, with a specially designed specimen bag included for secure packaging.
