Instructions For Use
1. Carefully remove the sheath and core rod from the sterile packaging. Follow the icon to insert the core rod smoothly into the casing sheath, ensuring proper alignment.
2. During the puncture, position the core rod seat securely in your palm. Place two fingers on the casing handle, apply a firm grip, and engage the top lock switch to initiate the puncture. Ensure the sign indicates the ON position.
3. Throughout the puncture process, if the indicator reverts to the OFF position, it confirms that the casing has successfully penetrated the abdominal cavity.
4. Once the core rod is removed, the 10mm sleeve accommodates devices ranging from 8 to 11mm, while the 5mm sleeve is compatible with devices sized 3 to 6mm.
5. For standard procedures, the veress needle may be used initially to establish pneumoperitoneum. A converter is available for using 5mm devices within the 10mm casing. Additionally, it can assist in grasping items such as blood, gauze, etc., within the abdominal cavity. A specimen bag is provided for securely packing samples.
