Instructions For Use
1. Carefully remove the sheath and the core rod from their sterile packaging. Follow the indicated icons to correctly insert the core rod into the casing sheath, ensuring a seamless setup process.
2. For puncture, rest the core rod seat in your palm, place two fingers on the casing's handle, apply a gentle grip, and activate the lock switch. When the sign indicates ON, proceed with the puncture confidently.
3. During the puncture process, if the sign shifts to OFF, this indicates successful penetration of the abdominal cavity, assuring you're in the correct position.
4. Remove the core rod. The 10mm sleeve is versatile, accommodating devices from 8 to 11mm, while the 5mm sleeve offers compatibility with 3 to 6mm devices, providing adaptability for various surgical needs.
5. For standard procedures, first utilize the veress needle to establish pneumoperitoneum. A converter allows the use of 5mm devices within the 10mm casing, and it can assist in retrieving specimens or other materials like blood or gauze from the abdominal cavity. Use the specimen bag to safely store and transport collected specimens.
