Instructions For Use
1. Carefully remove the sheath and the core rod from the aseptic packaging. Insert the core rod into the casing sheath, guided by the intuitive icon for seamless assembly.
2. During puncture, securely place the core rod seat in your palm, positioning two fingers on the casing handle. Apply a firm grip to unlock the switch, allowing for a precise puncture. Ensure the sign is positioned in the ON area for successful operation.
3. Throughout the puncture process, monitor the indicator. If it reverts to OFF, this confirms penetration of the abdominal cavity, providing clear, real-time feedback.
4. Once the core rod is removed, the 10mm sleeve is compatible with devices ranging from 8 to 11mm, while the 5mm accommodates devices from 3 to 6mm, offering versatile utility.
5. For standard procedures, the veress needle can be employed first to establish a pneumoperitoneum. A converter is available for 5mm devices within the 10mm casing, and it is also suitable for gripping abdominal cavity contents like blood or gauze. The specimen bag ensures secure packing of specimens.
