Instructions For Use
1. Carefully remove the sheath and core rod from the aseptic packaging. Insert the core rod into the casing sheath, guided by the intuitive icon for seamless assembly.
2. During puncture, rest the core rod seat in your palm, with two fingers on the casing handle. Apply a gentle yet firm grip, engage the top lock switch, and proceed with puncture. Ensure the sign indicates the ON position for optimal use.
3. During the puncture process, if the sign reverts to OFF, it signifies successful penetration of the abdominal cavity, ensuring procedural accuracy.
4. Carefully extract the core rod. The 10mm sleeve accommodates devices ranging from 8 to 11mm, while the 5mm sleeve suits devices from 3 to 6mm.
5. For standard procedures, initially use the veress needle to establish pneumoperitoneum. A converter is included for utilizing 5mm devices in a 10mm casing, and it can also assist in retrieving blood, gauze, or other materials from the abdominal cavity. The specimen bag is provided for secure specimen collection and containment.
