Instructions For Use
1. Carefully remove the sheath and core rod from the sterile packaging. Insert the core rod into the casing sheath following the guided icon for effortless assembly.
2. During puncture, align the core rod seat in your palm, and position two fingers on the casing handle. Apply moderate pressure until the lock switch is engaged, allowing for the puncture. Ensure the indicator is positioned in the ON area.
3. Throughout the puncture process, if the indicator reverts to OFF, it signals that the casing has successfully penetrated the abdominal cavity.
4. After removing the core rod, the 10mm sleeve adapts seamlessly for devices ranging from 8 to 11mm, while the 5mm sleeve accommodates 3 to 6mm devices.
5. For standard procedures, initiate with the veress needle to establish pneumoperitoneum. A converter facilitates the use of 5mm devices within the 10mm casing. It efficiently aids in the removal of substances like blood or gauze from the abdominal cavity. Additionally, use the specimen bag for secure specimen collection.
